    Jack,

    Congrats on the new blog. You asked about hacks ‘n’ stuff for security. The first thing I’d suggest is that you look at the spam-prevention stuff on the WordPress support forum. WP users have been heavily hit by an online poker spammer who apparently use a bot to post comments through wp-comments.php. I use a hack that, so far, has stopped this spam. If you like I’ll email it to you. Best.

    Apparently not, but he does post comments on other web sites so we know he’s still alive.
